Hotfix 8.6.1 for The Finals has been pushed to address two issues introduced with the Midseason Update. The small but essential update aims to prevent a crash and to fix how the Social Menu remembers the Open to Friends setting between sessions.

- An issue causing your choice of enabling/disabling Open to Friends in the Social Menu to be kept between sessions
Players should see fewer abrupt crashes and the Social Menu preference should now behave as expected across sessions. If issues persist, check session and party behavior after relaunching the game.
