RGG Studio will delist Yakuza 3 Remastered from the PS Store on February 12, 2026

RGG Studio will remove Yakuza 3 Remastered from the PlayStation Store on February 12, 2026, the same day the studio’s Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Dark Ties releases arrive on PS5. After that point the remastered version will no longer be available as a standalone purchase on the PS Store.

The remaster will remain available inside the Yakuza Complete Series Bundle. That bundle is listed at £114.99 or $129.99 and occasionally appears on sale. By contrast, the current standalone price for Yakuza 3 Remastered is £15.99 or $19.99.

The bundle includes a number of older entries alongside the remaster such as Yakuza Kiwami, Yakuza Kiwami 2, Yakuza 4, Yakuza 5, and Yakuza 6: The Song of Life. For players who only want the original experience of Yakuza 3, buying the full bundle represents a large premium compared with the standalone price.

This follows RGG Studio’s earlier decision to permanently delist the original PS4 version of Yakuza 0 in favour of the new PS5 re-release, Yakuza 0: Director’s Cut. That move prompted significant backlash from players who wanted to keep access to the older releases without paying for updated editions.

The arrangement means the remaster and the new remake will not be sold side by side on the PS Store. Fans and buyers who prefer the remastered version will still have a path to buy it, but only by purchasing the more expensive bundle. A brief Yakuza Kiwami 3 listing appeared on RGG Studio’s site ahead of the studio’s summit, which helped focus attention on the incoming releases and related storefront changes.

RGG Studio also posted about the releases on social media in a public message available from the developer’s official account on X here.
