Pokémon GO’s @frustration Filter Makes Shadow TM Cleanup Easier

The @frustration search finds Shadow Pokémon that still know the move, which a regular TM can remove through Oct. 5, while an Elite TM is needed to select a legacy move.

The Team GO Rocket Takeover event ends Oct. 5, giving Trainers a short remaining window to remove Frustration from Shadow Pokémon. Searching Pokémon storage for @frustration gathers the Pokémon that still know the move in one list, rather than making you check each one individually.

Idk who needs to hear this but on TRT days you can quickly remove frustration this way
byu/FastActivity1057 inpokemongo

Open Pokémon storage and enter @frustration in the search field. Select a Pokémon from the results, open Items, and use a Charged TM to replace Frustration. Once the move changes, that Pokémon leaves the filtered results, making the list a handy way to track which ones remain.

A regular Charged TM can remove Frustration, but Trainers who want to select a legacy move still need an Elite TM. The filter does not use a TM automatically, and Frustration can only be changed during an event window that permits it.

Frustration is exclusive to Shadow Pokémon, so the search narrows the results to the group relevant to this event task. Have you used @frustration to keep track of Shadow Pokémon that still need a Charged TM before the window closes?
