League of Legends Patch 26.21 Notes Are Now Available
Riot's final notes set Bastionbreaker's Sabotage duration to infinite and detail replay limits, champion changes, mode updates, and five True Damage skins.

League of Legends Patch 26.21 notes are available, with final balance values for Summoner’s Rift and updates for ARAM Mayhem, League Classic, and Arena. Riot’s official Patch 26.21 notes set Bastionbreaker’s Sabotage duration to Infinite, alongside a reduction to its lethality from 22 to 18.
An earlier preview listed a 25,000-second Sabotage duration while its PBE figures were still being edited. The final notes specify that the duration is Infinite, meaning the item’s bonus damage against objectives no longer has a timed use window. The preview also named Azir, Orianna, and Ryze among the champions receiving more room after the Worlds patch was locked.

During Patch 26.21, replay downloads will be capped at 10 per hour. Players can still download their own replays and those belonging to friends or other players. Riot says the time-based cap is intended to limit large-scale scraping while leaving room for creators to use replays, and that it will monitor download activity.
Five True Damage skins, for Ekko, Akali, Qiyana, Senna, and Yasuo, will be available October 21, 2026. Riot’s Patch 26.20 notes also said the Act II Battle Pass would arrive with 26.21.
Riot describes the update as a broad balance pass. Its opening notes cite champions with high power or role presence, while giving Azir, Orianna, and Ryze more room after the Worlds patch lock. The patch also separates Hubris stats for melee and ranged users, raises Gluttonous Greaves’ cost, and increases Dawncore’s Ability Power value.

- Q – Omen of War: Yorick’s next attack deals bonus damage and summons a Spectral Ghoul. Spectral Ghouls have bonus attack damage and movement speed, and give Yorick bonus movement speed while they live.
- W – Omen of Pestilence: Yorick summons a Decaying Ghoul in an explosion that damages and slows all nearby enemies. Decaying Ghouls continue to slow enemies around them.

Mythic Shop and launcher
During Patch 26.21, Mythic Shop rotation timings for its bi-weekly, weekly, and daily sections will be adjusted to align them more closely. Riot plans to change the shop in Patch 26.22 so each player sees a different selection.
A patch launcher improvement uses a software library that requires SSE 4.2. Riot is raising the AMD minimum specification by one version. Its minimum and recommended system requirements page has further information.
Additional bug fixes
