Forza Horizon 6 City Life Will Lower Car Reward Targets and Add 2 Tokyo Races
The November series also brings an IKEA garage prop pack, Halo-themed rewards and a reset of PR Stunt leaderboards.

Forza Horizon 6’s City Life series will make new cars easier to earn while adding 2 permanent races in Tokyo. The Festival Playlist begins Nov. 5, with lower point targets for its new-to-Horizon rewards and a lineup that includes the 2016 Honda S660 Alpha, 2025 Citroën Ami and 1987 Fiat Panda.
The Series 7 update was scheduled for download on Steam at 6:00 p.m. UTC on Nov. 2, ahead of the playlist’s start at 2:30 p.m. UTC on Nov. 5, according to the City Life announcement. The new series follows Horizon Meets, whose Spring playlist runs through Nov. 5.
Playground Games says the lower car thresholds respond to community feedback and are intended to help all players, including those without access to online content. The S660 will require 60 series points, while weekly car rewards will cost 15 points each. In Horizon Meets, the BMW M4 CS required 80 series points and the weekly cars required 20.
City Life cars and their reward windows
The S660 Alpha is available for 60 points across the full series, from Nov. 5 through Dec. 3. Honda’s mid-engine kei car has 63 horsepower and rear-wheel drive, and it will have a body kit option alongside the compact electric Citroën Ami.
Each week also has a 15-point car reward. The Ami and Panda are new to Horizon, while the Alfa Romeo and Hillman return from previous games.
- Nov. 5 to Nov. 12: 2025 Citroën Ami
- Nov. 12 to Nov. 19: 2011 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde
- Nov. 19 to Nov. 26: 1987 Fiat Panda
- Nov. 26 to Dec. 3: 1966 Hillman Imp

Car Pass owners will receive four more vehicles during the series. The 2025 Ford Mustang GTD arrives Nov. 5, followed by the 2025 Volkswagen Electric Buzz on Nov. 12, the 1983 Nissan 240RS on Nov. 19 and the 2025 Porsche Macan GTS on Nov. 26. Each car is added to owners’ garages without an extra in-game credit cost. Car Pass is included with the Deluxe and Premium Editions and the Premium Upgrade, or available separately.
Tokyo races, garage furniture and Halo rewards
Tokyo City’s permanent additions are the Edo Circuit Road Race and Shuto Charge Street Race. Edamame Time Attack Circuit will also return to Horizon Stadium for the series after first appearing during Horizon Mascot Party.
Custom Garage builders will get an IKEA Prop Pack with 35 furniture items, including controller display boxes, chairs, shelving and lamps. The pack accompanies Xbox and IKEA’s gaming-inspired collection.
For the 25th anniversary of Xbox and Halo, all players will be sent a special livery for the 2025 GR GT Prototype through the Message Center. The Master Chief Outfit can be unlocked through the Week 2 Photo Challenge. Finding 15 Gashapon Machine Collectibles at Daikoku during Week 2 will earn the Halo Shield Recharge Car Horn.

Playing during City Life also unlocks the Tower Power Badge. The playlist offers the Pedestrian Crossing Chirp, Keyboard Typing and Pedestrian Crossing Cuckoo car horns as well.
PR Stunt leaderboards and update fixes
Series 7 will wipe the PR Stunt leaderboards for Danger Signs, Drift Zones, Speed Zones, Trailblazers and Speed Traps. Playground Games says the update fixes glitches that could be exploited to post unrealistic scores. Legitimate leaderboard entries will be deleted too, but records used to unlock associated Collection Journal items will remain unlocked.
The update also previews a playlist restriction filter for the Garage and Autoshow, a difficulty change for solo Seasonal Championships and retroactive points for two older challenges. The full Series 7 release notes cover the remaining changes.
Forza Horizon 6 Series 7 Patch Notes
- Added a new filter to the Garage and Autoshow menus that, when enabled, shows any special restrictions used in the active Playlist. These display under a “Festival Playlist” header with a toggle for each restriction and make it easier for you to find which cars can be used before you purchase or drive them.
- Solo Seasonal Championships on the Festival Playlist now use the player’s chosen difficulty.
- Fixed an issue with the 1990 Nissan #12 Skyline GT-R (BNR32 Gr.A) JTC where players could not place stickers over the windshield banner.
- Points will be retroactively awarded for the seventh Daily Challenge during Series 6 Week 1 (Summer), as well as the third part of the Weekly Challenge during Series 5 Week 4 (Spring), for any players who logged on during those weeks and were unable to complete them.
Beyond City Life, Horizon Holidays is planned for December with Evolving World changes, a permanent race route and 3 more new-to-Horizon cars. The game’s first expansion is scheduled to release on Steam on Jan. 21, 2027.
