Forza Horizon 6 arrives on PS5 on Jan. 26, 2027. Premium Edition owners can start five days earlier, on Jan. 21, when the first Premium Expansion is also scheduled to arrive.
The date puts the PS5 port beyond Playground Games’ Sept. 7 Series 5 update, which still targeted later in 2026. An early-2027 delay had surfaced in September, and Dealabs named Jan. 26 before the official confirmation.

Forza confirms a PS5 disc, but not its data requirements
Forza confirmed on Oct. 9 that the PS5 version will get a physical disc release starting Jan. 26. The announcement did not specify how much of the game will be on the disc or whether players will need an additional download.
The Xbox Series X|S version takes up nearly 150GB, while a PS5 Blu-ray holds about 100GB. If the PS5 build is a similar size, a single disc could not contain all of its data. Forza has not said whether the retail edition will use multiple discs or require a download.
Dealabs lists the PS5 editions at €69.99 in Europe and £59.99 in the UK, matching the Xbox Series version. Its $69.99 U.S. figure is an expectation, not a confirmed price.
PS5 editions include early access and a preorder car
PS5 buyers can choose Standard, Deluxe, or Premium. Preordering any edition includes a pre-tuned Ferrari J50, which players can add to their garage after completing the prologue. Deluxe includes the Welcome Pack and Car Pass. Premium includes those items along with VIP Membership, the Time Attack Car Pack, the Italian Passion Car Pack, and the first two expansions.
A free content update is also planned for all PS5 players when the port launches. More details about that update are due later.
