Escape From Tarkov June 2 Update Brings New Anti-Aliasing Algorithm and Redesigned Network Buffering

All for better gameplay experience and less desync.

Battlestate Games bolted an update for Escape From Tarkov, which should improve the visualization accuracy of the position of other players in the raid but also maintain the smoothness of their movement. According to the information on Twitter, the installation has already started and will take a couple of hours before it lands ultimately.

This update promises to redesign the network buffering and anti-aliasing algorithm completely. So far, no additional patch notes have been posted; if they do, we’ll post them below.

What could be tied to this update? First and foremost, Battlestate Games has always been focused on performance. With Escape From Tarkov Arena estimated to arrive this year, this update could very well be regarding it. The tweet for the update can be found below:

I've spent half of my life playing video games, ever since the competitive 1.6 era. Now I am happily married to Margarita Kicevski, and have two beautiful children. My goal is to deliver fresh news and updates, but most of the time I want to work on guides. Since I have rebooted this website, I am planning on making it huge. Just you wait!
