Apex Legends gets another PC tune-up for the FPS drop issue
Respawn said the June 25 PC update targets FPS drops on specific hardware and will keep monitoring performance while it works on a permanent fix.

Respawn pushed another Apex Legends PC update on June 25 at 5:20PM PT, this time targeting the FPS drops some players have been seeing on specific hardware. If you have been dealing with the same problem on PC, the earlier PC fixes roundup covered a pair of short-term steps players had been trying while Respawn worked through the issue.

We’ve deployed a PC update to mitigate the recent FPS drops tied to specific hardware. Gameplay should feel much smoother now! We will continue monitoring performance as we work toward a permanent fix in an upcoming patch.
Respawn said it will keep watching performance as it works toward a permanent fix, so this remains part of the studio’s ongoing cleanup pass on PC.
