Known for their HITMAN franchise and other groundbreaking projects, they’ve just released a new Elusive Target Mission, ‘The Drop,’ available to all owners of Hitman: World of Assassination. And guess what? This mission comes with its own celebrity face—Dimitri Vegas.
Agent 47 is back, and this time, he’s after Alexios Laskaridis, an international DJ who has some dark dealings as a drug lord. The interesting thing is, this character looks just like the famous DJ Dimitri Vegas. But hold your horses; you’ve got until November 26th to take him down.
Before jumping headfirst into this unique mission, IO Interactive recommends that you replay the original Berlin mission from Hitman 3. It’s the foundation for ‘The Drop,’ and knowing the environment will help you pull off your task more smoothly.
To add a little extra excitement, there’s more than just the mission to look forward to. You can now unlock some eye-catching outfits for Agent 47 by completing new challenges. Plus, for the first time, there’s a chance to snag an exclusive Purple Streak Suit through Twitch Drops. All you have to do is watch Hitman content creators on Twitch.
In the spirit of keeping things lively, there’s also a Halloween event happening. Aptly named the Mills Reverie Halloween Event, it gives players the opportunity to win a Jack O’ Lantern suit. That’s not all; there’s also a Codename 47 challenge that unlocks a polygonal retro skin for Agent 47.
