Unanswered Calls is Therapist’s Seasonal-mode letter delivery on Ground Zero, not an ordinary PvP/PvE quest. Stash her letter behind the second-floor TerraGroup reception desk, then use one of the two specified exits in that same raid.
Requirements
- Play in Seasonal mode, not ordinary PvP/PvE. This is part of the KORD BREACH Seasonal questline.
- Bring the Therapist’s message supplied for the task.
- Plan to leave through Nakatani Basement Stairs or Emercom Checkpoint after the stash; both objectives must be completed in one raid.
Objectives
- Stash Therapist’s letter at the reception desk on the second floor of the TerraGroup office on Ground Zero (in one raid)
- Extract from the location through the Nakatani Basement Stairs or Emercom Checkpoint exfil (in one raid)
Deliver the Letter to TerraGroup
Go to the TerraGroup main building on Ground Zero and make your way to the second floor. Find the reception desk, move behind it, and use the stash interaction for Therapist’s message. Do not leave the letter on the ground in front of the desk or mistake a ground-floor desk for this second-floor location.
Use One of the Two Required Exits
After the stash credits, go to Nakatani Basement Stairs or Emercom Checkpoint and extract in the same raid. These exits are alternatives, not two separate extraction requirements. Another exit does not satisfy the named extraction objective, even if it takes you out of Ground Zero safely.
If you die while carrying the letter, check your messages for its return before trying again. Keep the delivery and qualifying extraction together on the next attempt; do not split them across separate raids. Once both objectives are credited, complete the task with Therapist.
