Amazon Games has decided to shut down the Lost Ark servers again. Apparently, the founders who have had an opportunity to play during the Head Start could not see their characters as available. Quite an important reason to shut down the servers once again I’d say, right? I just hope they haven’t been dumped.
The announcement was provided by Lost Ark’s official Twitter profile. In it, they said that the realization came from reports that the characters are missing, and they will shut down the servers to resolve the issue. From a developer standpoint, this is probably related to a database issue, which may take longer than just a couple of minutes. Below you can find the official announcement for the server shutdown.
We have received your reports that characters are missing, we are taking servers offline to get this resolved.
We apologize for the further delay, we’ll provide updates as soon as possible.

Due to these issues, keep in mind that everyone will receive 3 days of Crystalline Aura for those who log in to the game between February 11 and February 13. Everyone hoped for a smoother launch than this.
