Throne and Liberty’s Western Live Operations Will Move to FirstSpark Games / NC in Q4 2026
Amazon Game Studios is working with FirstSpark Games / NC to limit disruption as the Western service changes hands.

Throne and Liberty‘s Western live operations will move from Amazon Game Studios to FirstSpark Games / NC beginning in Q4 2026. The transition will return day-to-day responsibility for the service to the teams behind the game.
Amazon Game Studios announced the change in an August 12, 2026 Steam announcement. Amazon said it is coordinating with FirstSpark Games / NC to support the handover and keep disruption to players in the West as low as possible.
Amazon is passing Western operations back to the developers
Amazon has worked with FirstSpark Games for nearly two years to bring the world of Solisium to Western players. During that period, the teams reached several milestones while using player feedback to guide the game’s development.
The company described the upcoming change as a positive outcome for the community. With FirstSpark Games / NC taking over live operations, the developers will have a more direct role in guiding Throne and Liberty and continuing its work in Solisium.
Amazon has not announced a specific handover date beyond the Q4 2026 window. Players seeking more information about the transition can find it on the official Throne and Liberty site.
