Company of Heroes 3 Update 3.0 Is Live With New Maps and AI Changes

The 20th-anniversary release also brings visual and audio upgrades, campaign work, balance adjustments, cosmetics and new Final Stand content.

Company of Heroes 3’s 3.0 update went live on PC on Nov. 5 as the franchise marked its 20th anniversary. Relic describes it as the game’s biggest release since its 2023 launch in its Steam announcement.

The anniversary update brings visual, environmental and weather upgrades, audio improvements, smarter AI, gameplay and balance changes, new and refreshed maps, campaign enhancements, cosmetics and new content for Final Stand. Relic says player feedback informed many of the fixes and changes, and directs players to report bugs and share feedback.

Before launch, Relic previewed Italian campaign progression and town-upgrade changes. The complete 3.0 patch notes are now available on Steam.

The game’s first major campaign DLC, Operation Torch, is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 25. Players can wishlist it on Steam.
