EXBO adjusted NPC spawns and mutant balance in STALCRAFT: X’s Nov. 5, 2026, Festivity hotfix, while changing when Symbols of Being are consumed. The changes were applied without taking the game servers offline, according to the Steam hotfix notice. The Nov. 4 Festivity update had already changed the Sleepless Paralysis wave balance and fixed mutant behavior Nov. 4 Festivity update.
Festivity Arena matches cycle through three PvE rounds, a boss round, and a PvP round, so the changes to NPC spawns and mutant numbers affect the event’s combat stretches. The hotfix also protects Symbols of Being when a match ends without any change to progression points, and expands the damage zone on retractable cover.
