World of Tanks’ PEGI Rating Rises to 16 in the EU and UK
Wargaming says the change reflects PEGI's updated criteria, while ratings in other regions remain unchanged.
World of Tanks has moved from PEGI 12 to PEGI 16 in the European Union and United Kingdom, and the higher rating is already in effect, according to Wargaming’s age-rating notice.
Wargaming attributes the change to PEGI’s updated age-rating criteria. It applies only in the EU and UK, leaving ratings in other regions unchanged. PEGI 16 indicates that the game is suitable for players aged 16 and older.
Parents and guardians can review information about age ratings and parental controls on the PEGI website.
