PGL Major Singapore’s 32-team field is complete after the Nov. 2 cutoff, with 100 Thieves, Wildcard and Lynn Vision claiming the final regional places. 100 Thieves beat Wildcard 2-0 in the FiRe Last Chance final in Buenos Aires on Nov. 1 to take Europe’s last invitation. It was the organization’s first Counter-Strike Major appearance. The team had qualified for ELEAGUE Major Boston in 2018 with the ex-Immortals lineup, but immigration issues kept it from competing. Singapore will be Nicolai “device” Reedtz’s 18th Major appearance, following a five-match stretch in which 100 Thieves did not lose a map.

In a Dust2 Brasil interview, device described the qualification as a mix of happiness and relief, saying, “It means a lot to me. It really does.” He said the previous year had been difficult for him in Counter-Strike and that he had worked hard to come back.
The 2-0 scoreline hides two very different maps. On Cache, 100 Thieves led 9-3 on the CT side before the map reached double overtime. Device won the deciding 1v1 with three seconds left. Dust2 was more controlled. 100 Thieves entered with a 17-1 record on the map over the previous three months, built an 8-4 T-side lead and closed with five straight rounds.
100 Thieves take Europe’s final place
Europe received 18 of the Major’s 32 invitations, one more than at Cologne. The region’s six highest-ranked eligible teams in the Nov. 2 standings went straight to Stage 3, while 100 Thieves finished 18th in the European VRS to claim the final Stage 1 berth.
fnatic had been 18th before the final weekend but had no matches left. Its only route depended on 100 Thieves losing and a favorable recalculation of the standings. Neither happened. HOTU finished second at GLuck Moscow Cyber Games, leaving its Major fate out of its hands, while tournament winner 1win earned a Stage 2 invitation.
Wildcard had already secured the Americas’ final place by beating NRG in the FiRe Last Chance quarter-finals. Lynn Vision claimed Asia’s last spot after TYLOO withdrew from HyperX Retake Season 13 in Lisbon.
TYLOO’s Lisbon forfeit left no points to add
TYLOO forfeited its HyperX Retake Season 13 quarter-final in Lisbon, finishing joint fifth to eighth and unable to add VRS points there. The event ran from Oct. 29 to Nov. 1. After TYLOO beat 9z, coach WeiJie “zhokiNg” Zhong said the team’s tally looked sufficient in an interview with HLTV.

Natus Vincere also withdrew from Lisbon for its IEM Beijing commitment, but its Major position was unaffected. TYLOO’s forfeit left the Asian standings to decide the final invitation, which went to Lynn Vision.
Regional assignments also came with a separate restriction. Valve’s three-month VRS eligibility rule barred a roster from receiving a Major Regional Assignment if it had appeared on another region’s VRS list during the previous three calendar months. The rule applied to Major invitations, not invitations to other events.
The $1.25 million event runs from Nov. 24 to Dec. 13, 2026. Playoffs will take place at Singapore Indoor Stadium, with a third-place decider before the best-of-five grand final.
