Petit Planet will come to Switch 2 in 2027, while its PC and mobile versions are scheduled for Dec. 4, 2026. HoYoverse confirmed the console version during its Nov. 1 Special Programme but did not mention a PS5 edition, leaving PlayStation plans unconfirmed.
The PC and mobile versions will include cross-platform support. Pre-registration is available through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Epic Games. Steam is not currently listed. Rewards include more than 1,000 clothing and furniture items, with extra rewards for players who sign up with friends.
Players take the role of Planet Tenders, planting a Luca Seed that grows into a Luca Arbor and affects their planet’s seasons and ecosystem. Mobai and Elsasani welcome them to their new home. The cozy routine includes fishing, bug catching, farming, and planet-building, while Starsea Voyage sends players to scattered Islets beyond their home planet. The Galactic Bazaar offers games, auctions, and a place to share creations.
HoYoverse’s Launch a Planet event begins Nov. 1, inviting players to design planets on the official site for a chance to win grand prizes.
