Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.5 Unlocks 7 Witcher Items Through Arianne’s Gift Text

Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.5 arrived Oct. 22 with an unannounced The Witcher crossover alongside the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 tie-in. After Arianne texts V about a gift, the new gear can be collected at V’s apartment. Before release, CD Projekt Red had highlighted cyberware customization and dual-wielding among the update’s announced additions.

The collection includes the Sihil sword, Professor’s Spectacles, Ursine Jacket, Ursine Pants, a Witcher T-shirt, Boots, and the Boar Carver knife.

Cyberpunk 2.5 has secretly added a series of Witcher 3 themed items including:

– Sihil sword
– Professor Spectacles
– Ursine Jacket
– Ursine Pants

The Spectacles reference a mask from The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone, while the Ursine Jacket and Pants draw on the game’s Bear School gear. The Boar Carver resembles a knife Geralt uses to collect trophies in The Witcher 3.

Cyberpunk 2077 already has Witcher references in its base game and Phantom Liberty, but these additions give V gear to wear and wield in Night City.
