STALCRAFT: X Adds Chain of Decay Rewards for Helpers and Tape Collectors

Players who collected every tape before September 4, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. GMT+3 now qualify for their own reward tier.

With the Chain of Decay questline complete, STALCRAFT: X is expanding its rewards beyond community standouts and the first player to finish. EXBO has added rewards for that player’s helpers and for anyone who collected every tape before the deadline.

The revised rewards appear in EXBO’s October 21 Steam announcement. Each of the four tiers includes an Audio Recorder charm, with other items and achievements tied to the player’s contribution.

Chain of Decay reward tiers

Tape collectors: Audio Recorder charm and the “Follower of the Decay” achievement. Players had to collect all tapes before September 4, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. GMT+3.
Active community members: Audio Recorder charm, Thirty-Fifth Cockroach charm, and the “Witness of the Decay” achievement.
The trailblazer’s companions: Audio Recorder charm, Thirty-Fifth Cockroach charm, Fourth Lever decor, and the “Guide of the Decay” achievement.
The trailblazer: Audio Recorder charm, Thirty-Fifth Cockroach charm, Fourth Lever decor, the “One Who Knows Decay” achievement, and the Keeper of Truth skin for the Albatross Assault.

EXBO also congratulated the first player to complete the quest and companions BAZAROMA, Max_Cota, C_Obakevich, and MrXanter.
