Escape From Tarkov “To the Light – The Other Side” Quest Guide

Mechanic’s assignment sends you to Reserve, Streets of Tarkov, and Customs with three TerraGroup “Blue Folders” materials. You must stash one in a marked room on each map, and the right keys depend on which rooms you choose.

Requirements and objectives

The quest is given by Mechanic and follows To the Light – A Time to Gather Stones.

• Stash one TerraGroup “Blue Folders” materials item in a marked room on Reserve.
• Stash one in a marked room on Streets of Tarkov.
• Stash one in a marked room on Customs.

Needed items

• 3 TerraGroup “Blue Folders” materials, one for each map. The quest-item list does not specify a found-in-raid requirement.
• Reserve: one of the RB-BK marked key, RB-PKPM marked key, or RB-VO marked key.
• Streets of Tarkov: either the Abandoned factory marked key or the Mysterious room marked key.
• Customs: the Dorm room 314 marked key.

You only need the key for the room you select on each map, not every key in that map’s list.

How to complete the quest

Take one folder to each map and stash it inside one of the listed marked rooms. The quest does not prescribe an order for the maps.

Reserve

• RB-BK: The marked room is on the first floor of the Black Pawn barrack building. Unlock it with the RB-BK marked key.
• RB-PKPM: Find the room in the underground tunnel system next to the command office. Use the RB-PKPM marked key.
• RB-VO: The marked room is in the security barrack building. Use the RB-VO marked key.

Streets of Tarkov

• Abandoned factory: The marked room is in the northern building. Use the basement entrance or the second-floor staircase to orient yourself toward the room. Unlock it with the Abandoned factory marked key.
• Mysterious room: Enter the building through a courtyard window. Follow the corridor to the second room on the left, go through the hole in the bedroom wall, then head downstairs and unlock the door on the left with the Mysterious room marked key.

Customs

Use the Dorm room 314 marked key to open the marked room in Dorms. Stash the folder inside.

• 300,000 Roubles, increased to 315,000 with Intelligence Center Level 1 or 345,000 with Intelligence Center Level 2

• 2 .338 Lapua Magnum FMJ ammo packs, 20 rounds each
