Escape From Tarkov “Shooter Born in Heaven” Quest Guide
Mechanic's four-part map-pair challenge requires 20 PMC headshots with a bolt-action rifle.
Shooter Born in Heaven is a 20-kill headshot challenge split across four map pairs. Every qualifying elimination must be a PMC operative killed with a bolt-action rifle, so the map choice is flexible within each pair but the weapon and shot location are not.
Requirements and objectives
Mechanic gives the quest at loyalty level 4. Each objective requires five PMC headshot eliminations with a bolt-action rifle on either map in its pair.

Equipment
- Bring a bolt-action rifle. The objective requires the weapon class, not a particular named rifle.
- Only PMC operative headshot eliminations satisfy the listed objectives.
How to complete Shooter Born in Heaven
- Choose either map from a pair and work toward that pair’s five-kill objective.
- Use a bolt-action rifle and land the killing shot as a headshot on a PMC operative.
- Repeat for the remaining three map pairs. The quest calls for five qualifying kills per pair, for 20 total.
Keep the four counters distinct when planning your map choices. A kill on a map outside a pair does not match that pair’s objective.
