Escape From Tarkov “The Art of Explosion” Quest Guide

The Art of Explosion requires 20 PMC eliminations with explosives. Underbarrel grenade launchers and rocket launchers also count, despite the objective’s short description, while two specific choices do not.

Requirements and objective

• Trader: Prapor, loyalty level 4.
• Objective: Eliminate 20 PMC operatives with qualifying explosives.

Equipment

No specific weapon or build is required. The listed options are fragmentation grenades, underbarrel grenade launchers, grenade launchers, and rocket launchers.

• The stationary AGS-30 does not count.
• The 40x46mm M576 (MP-APERS) does not count. It is a buckshot cartridge, not an actual grenade.

How to complete the quest

1. Use one of the qualifying explosive weapons listed above.
2. Eliminate PMC operatives until you reach 20 valid kills. Kills with the stationary AGS-30 or the M576 will not contribute to the objective.

• +1.5 Prapor reputation
• 400,000 roubles, or 420,000 with Intelligence Center Level 1 and 460,000 with Intelligence Center Level 2
• 1 RShG-2 72.5mm rocket launcher and 1 Granit 4 ballistic plate (Front)
• Unlocks purchases of the RShG-2 72.5mm rocket launcher and Granit 4 ballistic plate (Front) from Prapor LL4
