Schedule 1 v0.4.7 Brings 4 Special Customer Groups to Town

Hyland Medical becomes a purchasable business, and players get a rebuilt avatar system with new clothing, hairstyles, and facial hair.

Schedule 1’s v0.4.7 update is being released on October 9, 2026, bringing four traveling customer groups that periodically visit town and buy large amounts of their preferred drug types. The Steam announcement also details a purchasable laundering business, new floor-level buildables, cosmetics, and performance improvements.

The release follows September’s v0.4.7 Open Beta, which had already introduced the special customers and rebuilt avatar customization. The four groups are Hippies, Party Bus, Businessmen, and Bikers. Their new routines include talking on phones, using laptops, dancing, and revving motorcycles, adding more activity to their visits.

Hyland Medical is now a purchasable business. The update also adds black rubber mats in three sizes and a Persian rug, plus new clothes, accessories, hairstyles, and facial hair. The rebuilt appearance system replaces the old setup with AvatarObjects, which can support multiple layers and attachments. TVGS says the new framework will support user-created cosmetics in a future update.

Business laundering capacities have increased at the post office, car wash, and Taco Ticklers. The update also pools stored items to reduce stuttering in late-game saves with many employees, and optimizes mixed-product icons, which should save several hundred megabytes of memory in late-game saves.

TVGS says new technical artist Roald created nearly all the art for this update and is now reviewing existing art for consistency. After that work, the studio expects to be in a position to pursue its first map expansion. Two other updates have been in development alongside v0.4.7, and TVGS says both will release before the end of the year.
