Borderlands 4’s October 8-15 Activities Bring Mimicron and Aegon’s Dream
Savage Salvage carries the Healthy, Irritable, and Chain Master modifiers, with a Vladof assault rifle as its Legendary reward.
Borderlands 4’s Weekly Activities for October 8 through 15 are live. Mimicron is this week’s Weekly Big Encore Boss, while Savage Salvage offers a Legendary rifle for players who finish the mission. The rotation went live through a server-side update, as Gearbox’s Steam announcement confirms.
Savage Salvage comes with the Healthy, Irritable, and Chain Master modifiers. Completing it awards Aegon’s Dream, a Vladof assault rifle.
Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine has also moved. Its location is the same for every player, but the items available inside can differ, so comparing finds with others may help track down a particular piece of gear.
Players need an internet connection to access the current activities. After finishing the main campaign, they can find the Weekly Big Encore Boss and Weekly Wildcard Mission in the Map tab of the ECHO menu. The new rotation replaces the October 1-8 rotation, which featured Sidney Pointylegs and a Stray Ripper reward.
