SCUM Hotfix 1.3.4.1.161318 Fixes Performance Hitches and a Fishing Exploit
The changelog also corrects Angler Waders availability, while one bug can still break a line when hauling in a fish backward.

SCUM hotfix 1.3.4.1.161318 addresses performance hitches and frame-rate drops triggered by field-of-view changes, including when players aim down sights. The official Steam announcement also lists a fishing exploit fix and corrections to fishing gear, clothing, gameplay, and the interface. SCUM introduced Fishing Quests and a leaderboard for the biggest catches in its October update.
The Specialist Angler Pack now includes yellow waders, while the green version is available to all players. One fishing problem remains: pulling a fish ashore while walking backward can break the line. The developers are working on a fix and advise against backing up during retrieval.
