Dota 2’s Trove of Terror Is Live With 15 Sets and 2 Arcanas

The chest pairs a returning Drow Ranger Arcana with Tidehunter's new Maw of the Megalodon, plus fresh Tormentor and Roshan appearances.

Dota 2’s Trove of Terror is available now, bringing 15 eldritch-themed Immortal sets, two Arcanas, and new appearances for Tormentor and Roshan. Valve’s Steam announcement details the new treasure collection.

Drow Ranger’s returning Arcana can take on her familiar look or a new, grave-stalking form. Tidehunter gets the new Maw of the Megalodon Arcana, with a fresh model, custom animations, effects, taunts, and voice lines. He also drags a familiar-looking corpse along for the ride.

The Tidehunter Arcana has three shark-toothed designs to unlock by mastering its secrets. The other rewards go beyond hero cosmetics: opening enough treasures unlocks a new Tormentor appearance, with further openings revealing an eldritch design for Roshan.
