Team Fortress 2 Update Fixes Long-Session Jitter and Halloween Bugs
The patch adds a convar for restoring prior movement behavior on community servers and increases limits for custom maps.

Team Fortress 2’s latest update is live, fixing persistent view jitter during long sessions alongside Halloween and custom-map issues. Valve’s official update notice says the patch will apply automatically when players restart the game.
The patch also fixes a crash tied to snd_mix_async and addresses sv_parallel_sendsnapshot. Its new sv_wallbug convar lets community servers use the previous movement behavior.
Halloween fixes touch Marshlands contracts, the TrainSawLaser objective, Scaredy-Cat bonus objectives, and Outburst (VSH) quests. The October 2 update had already changed contract objectives on cp_wildcat_event and ctf_medi_evil. This patch also fixes out-of-bounds exploits involving Zombie Engineer’s Beacon on five maps, raises limits for new custom maps, and adds an option to VBSP.
