When a Team GO Rocket Takeover allows Frustration to be removed, Pokémon GO’s @frustration search can help Trainers find the Shadow Pokémon that still need a Charged TM. Instead of opening each Pokémon one at a time to check its moves, the filter gathers the ones that know Frustration in a single list.
Open Pokémon storage and enter @frustration in the search field. Select a Pokémon from the results, open Items, and use a Charged TM to replace Frustration. Once the move changes, that Pokémon leaves the filtered results, making the list a handy way to track which ones remain.
Frustration is exclusive to Shadow Pokémon, so the search narrows the results to the group relevant to this event task. It does not use a TM automatically, and the move can only be changed during an event window that permits it.
Idk who needs to hear this but on TRT days you can quickly remove frustration this way
