Valheim Confirms 2 Concerts and a Comic for 2027 as Monthly Dev Posts End
Iron Gate says bug-fixing patches and balance tweaks will continue, but its Words from the Devs posts will come only when there is news.
Valheim’s plans for 2027 include a comic and concerts in Stockholm and Paris. Iron Gate shared those projects, along with other post-launch news, in a September 30 Steam update.
The update comes a few weeks after the September 9 full release. Iron Gate says bug-fixing patches and balance tweaks will continue, and asks players to send problems through its support page. More content updates are also in development, though the studio has not shared what they will include.
Valheim is nominated for Best Multiplayer Game, Best Indie Game and PC Game of the Year at the Golden Joystick Awards. Voting is open through October 23, 2026, via the Golden Joystick Awards voting page.
Iron Gate also highlighted several merchandise projects. A Heroic Replicas Kickstarter offers items including a Valkyrie blanket and another chance to get a shield replica. A new Cantrip Candles set adds Meadows, Mistlands and Deep North scents, while a limited-edition Makeship hoodie is also available.
The two concerts are planned for 2027, with one in Stockholm and one in Paris. Iron Gate says ticket information and additional cities will follow, and players can sign up for updates through the concert mailing list.
A Valheim comic is also in the works for 2027. The studio says the project will bring the tenth realm to the page, and its website has early comic previews and signup information.
