Crimson Desert’s Charting the Unknown DLC Delayed 2 Weeks to October 29
Pearl Abyss says the extra time will go toward polish and stability, with the DLC arriving in Asia on October 30.
Pearl Abyss apologized to Crimson Desert players as it delayed the Charting the Unknown DLC by two weeks, saying the extra development time will help deliver “a more polished and stable gameplay experience.” The expansion is now scheduled to launch on October 29, 2026, according to the official release-date notice.

The delay pushes the expansion back from October 15, the date announced alongside the Charting the Unknown reveal. The paid DLC is planned for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. Its new launch date also coincides with Phantom Blade’s launch.
Regional release times
- Europe gets the DLC on October 29 at 22:00 UTC or 23:00 CET.
- North America gets it on October 29 at 15:00 PT or 18:00 ET.
- Asia gets it on October 30 at 7:00 KST/JST.
