Diablo 4 Hotfix 2 Fixes Stealth, Dance of Knives, and Reaver Bugs in Season 15
Version 3.2.1 also includes stability fixes while Blizzard investigates a problem with turning in completed Whispers.

Diablo 4 Season 15’s second hotfix is live, fixing several bugs that could give players unintended advantages or create problems when using specific gear. Version 3.2.1 addresses Stealth’s Enigma interaction, excessive Dance of Knives damage, enemy healing from Messerschmidt’s Reaver, and a stun caused by Splinter of the Mother with Leoric’s Crown.
Blizzard posted Hotfix 2 on September 17, 2026. The Hotfix 2 forum post also confirms various stability fixes alongside the gameplay changes.
Transfiguring three Ancestral Stealth Rune Word armors could grant a Stealth with the power from Enigma. Rogue’s Dance of Knives could also deal far higher damage than intended, while Messerschmidt’s Reaver could heal enemies. Splinter of the Mother had its own issue, failing to clear its stacks correctly and stunning the player when paired with Leoric’s Crown.
The hotfix follows earlier Season 15 PTR concerns involving Soul Splinters, Warlock progression, and Unique items, which were covered in an earlier Season 15 PTR bug report. Hotfix 2 focuses on problems affecting the live season.
