Hunt: Showdown 1896 Hotfix 2.9.0.1 Will Address Crashes on September 10
The no-downtime hotfix will re-enable 3 Legendary Hunters and unlock LeMat High Velocity Ammo by default with a download of about 200MB.
Hunt: Showdown 1896 will receive Hotfix 2.9.0.1 on September 10 at 09:30 CEST, addressing several crashes that surfaced after Update 2.9’s launch. Crytek’s Steam announcement says the deployment will not require downtime, though players will need to download roughly 200MB.
The hotfix will also re-enable the Legendary Hunters Hex Breaker, Corvid: Bile, and Corvid: Brood. LeMat High Velocity Ammo will be unlocked by default once the change is active.
Players who are in a match around 09:30 CEST should restart the game client so it can connect to the latest version. Crytek is continuing to investigate other issues and work on more fixes for Blood Testament.
