Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Marketplace Lists 39 New Products for the Week of August 31

The September 3 update also lists 35 updated Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 products, plus fresh content for the 2020 edition.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 has 39 new Marketplace products listed for the week of August 31, 2026. The batch includes 4 aircraft, 2 liveries, 19 missions, 1 scenery pack, 4 bundles, 1 miscellaneous add-on, and 8 airports. The Microsoft Flight Simulator Team’s September 3 Marketplace update also lists 35 updated products for the 2024 edition.

Every populated Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 listing is marked as new or updated on PC and Xbox. The 2020 edition received its own smaller batch, with 12 new products and 15 updates.

Aircraft and airports lead the 2024 additions

The aircraft selection covers both commercial jets and smaller general aviation options. Vertigo Sim’s 72-212A is the most expensive new aircraft at $29.99, although it is listed at a sale price of $24.99. RMSTUDIOS’ BOEING 737 MAX 7 is the least expensive aircraft at $7.49, with a sale price of $4.49.

Captain Sim’s 777 Freighter Livery Pack 44 and dcscenery’s Boeing 707 Livery Pack are both priced at $4.99. Airport additions include 77S Hobby Field, C16 Frasca Field Airport, EGUN Mildenhall AB, FAUP Upington International Airport, KLGA 1935 Laguardia, LMML Malta International, YOLW Onslow Airport, and ZWKL Korla Licheng Airport.

Prices for the new airports range from $4.99 for 77S Hobby Field to $16.99 for LMML Malta International. C16 Frasca Field Airport is listed at $9.99, with a sale price of $8.99, while KLGA 1935 Laguardia is listed at $9.99 and discounted to $7.99.

New missions span the Caribbean and major rivers

Perfect Flight contributes AMERICA250 – Alaska Airlines for $9.99 and Guided Tours – New Jersey VFR for $8.99. Koschi supplies five Caribbean Nights missions, each priced at $9.99, covering the Bahamas, Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica, the Lesser and Leeward Antilles, the Lesser Antilles and Puerto Rico, plus Turks & Caicos and Hispaniola.

Koschi’s World Rivers series supplies the largest single group of new missions. The 12 entries cover the Yukon, Colorado, Murray, Rhine, Ganges, Mississippi, Amazon, Missouri, Nile, Yangtze, Danube, and Volga rivers. Most are priced at $10.49, while the Nile, Yangtze, Danube, and Volga entries are listed at $9.99. The listing names the Nile entry World Rivers IX: Adveture Nile.

Simultech’s Pylons and shipping traffic Strait of Messina costs $5.99. The new bundles include Perfect Flight’s 12LEGS SPRING 2026 MASTER COLLECTION #1 at $19.99, along with three Koschi collections covering World Rivers I-IV, World Rivers V-VIII, and World Rivers IX-XII. Each river collection costs $29.99.

SoFly’s Airport ALIVE: Global Base Pack rounds out the new 2024 products at $19.99, with a sale price of $17.99.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 updates include major aircraft packs

The updated 2024 section contains 16 aircraft, including the Airbus A330-900 NEO, F16 C/D/I Fighting Falcon, Ilyushin Il-18D, Jaguar, Lancair Legacy 2024, Synaptic A220, and 9 PMDG products. Those PMDG entries cover the 737-600, 737-700, 737-800, 737-900, 777-200ER, 777-200LR, 777-300ER, and 777F.

Other updated aircraft are the 72-212A, Bonanza G36 Enhancement, Airbus A330-900 NEO, Embraer Phenom 300E, and the aircraft listed above. The prices range from $4.99 for the Bonanza G36 Enhancement to $74.99 for the PMDG 737-700, PMDG 737-800, PMDG 777-300ER, and PMDG 777F.

Updated 2024 content also includes bravoairspace’s ATG Airline Traffic Global and STOL Addicts’ Cessna Citation X High Rollers liveries. Koschi’s Unique Places Parts 11 through 16 return with updates, while cli4d designs contributes updates for Geirangerfjord, Norway, and Kinsarvik, Norway. Waterfalls of Hawaii is also updated.

Four miscellaneous products received updates, including Aircraft Realistic Lights, Bell 407 Sound Pack, FS Fire, and fsExplore. Airport updates cover KNEL 1935 Lakehurst Maxfield, LGKR Corfu Airport, LIMJ Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport, and LIPB Bolzano Airport.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 receives 12 new products

The 2020 edition’s new aircraft are Captain Sim’s Boeing E-767 AWACS for $14.99, MSK Productions’ MSK Saab MFI-17 Safari for $12.99, and Got Friends’ Taylorcraft BC-12D for $24.99. The Saab is marked as available on PC and new on Xbox, while the other two aircraft are marked new on PC and Xbox.

New missions include AMERICA250 – Alaska Airlines, Guided Tours – New Jersey VFR, and Unique Places – Part 16. Perfect Flight’s 12LEGS SPRING 2026 MASTER COLLECTION #1 is also new at $19.99.

Five airports join the 2020 Marketplace lineup. They are WATB Bajawa Airport, WATE H. Hasan Aroeboesman, WIBD Pinang Kampai, WIBJ Japura Airport, and ZWKL Korla Licheng Airport. Most are marked as new on Xbox alongside existing PC availability, while WATE H. Hasan Aroeboesman is marked new on PC.

Updated 2020 products include the Airbus A330-200, Airbus A330-900 NEO, Embraer Phenom 300E v3, Synaptic A220, 737-8 World Liveries, four World Rivers missions, Houses 2024, Italian Coastline, and four airports. The airport updates are C16 Frasca Field Airport, EDLM Marl Loemuhle Airport, LFRK Caen-Carpiquet, and SKAR El Eden International Airport.

The 2020 Marketplace backlog remains at 376 products

The update puts the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Marketplace backlog at 376 total products. New products account for 233 entries, with 43 in Microsoft processing and 190 in third-party testing. Updated products account for another 143 entries, including 58 in Microsoft processing and 85 in third-party testing.

Among the new-product backlog, missions make up the largest group at 72, followed by aircraft at 66 and airports at 35. For updated products, airports lead with 39 entries, followed by missions at 36 and aircraft at 32. The previous August 17 Marketplace lineup contained 32 new products, making this week’s 2024 batch another packed release cycle.
