The First Descendant’s September 3 Events Will Offer Free Module Readjustments and Conquest Rewards

Players can clear Karel's Mothership on Conquest once for the Hero of the Dawn rewards and earn more items through the cooperative Assemble Event.

Five in-game events will begin at 12:00 a.m. PDT on September 3, 2026, giving Descendants new rewards for clearing Karel’s Mothership and several cheaper ways to improve Ancestors Modules. The lineup will run through October 14, with daily benefits, weekend discounts, and a cooperative progression track arriving alongside the new Conquest Difficulty.

Nexon detailed the schedule in its Steam event notice. The activities follow the Patch 1.4.2 changes that added Conquest Difficulty to Karel’s Mothership. Players can view the event panels through ESC > Event or the Descendant Mission Board, which is available through its shortcut key or the NPC BB-On.

September event schedule

Today’s Readjustment Benefit September 3 at 12:00 a.m. through September 16 at 11:59 p.m. PDT

Conquest clear rewards run through October 14

Karel’s Mothership Conquest Difficulty will provide the longest-running event in the lineup. The special mission Beyond Karel requires players to clear the Mega Dungeon on Conquest Difficulty one time during the event period.

A successful clear will award the Name Card Hero of the Dawn, the UI Theme Hero of the Dawn, and the Malicious Dominator weapon skin Tyrant’s End. Beyond Karel can only be completed once per player during the event.

Assemble Event tracks personal and world progress

Assemble Event asks the community to complete Karel’s Mothership on any difficulty. The world target is 150,000 clears, while each player reaches full personal contribution after eight clears. Both progress tracks pay out at every 25 percent threshold.

Category Progress Reward
World 25% 1 Transcendent Photon Imprinter
World 50% 3 Crystallization Catalysts
World 75% 5 Crystallization Catalysts
World 100% 7 Crystallization Catalysts
Personal 25% 1 Superheated Material
Personal 50% 3 Superheated Materials
Personal 75% 5 Superheated Materials
Personal 100% 10 Superheated Materials

Reaching 100 percent personal contribution does not stop players from helping the world total. Rewards can be claimed from the Event UI, and the claim window will remain open through September 23 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.

Attribute bonuses will provide extra contribution on a rotating schedule. Electric applies on Thursdays, Non applies from Friday through Sunday, Fire applies on Mondays, Chill applies on Tuesdays, and Toxic applies on Wednesdays. Players should use Descendants that match the active attribute when completing the mission.

Each day also includes a personal goal to defeat 1,000 enemies. Completing it awards 1 Ancestors Module Loot III, which provides an Ancestors Module from any Descendant, including Raven. The goal resets at 12:00 a.m. PDT every day during the event.

Three events reduce the cost of module upgrades

Weekend Readjustment Discount will cut the Gold, Kuiper Shards, and Superconductive Cooling Units required for Ancestors Module Readjustment by 50 percent. The discount applies during two windows, from September 4 through September 6 and from September 11 through September 13, with each period ending at 11:59 p.m. PDT.

Dismantle Ancestors Module Week will run from September 3 through September 16. Dismantling Ancestors Modules grants Ancestors Module Fragments, which can be taken to BB-On in Albion and exchanged for useful items.

Exchange item Fragment cost Trade limit
Ancestors Module Loot III 4 Unlimited
Ancestors Module for each Descendant 8 Unlimited

The exchange rewards cannot be returned or traded for different rewards. The process for obtaining Ancestors Module Fragments will become permanently available, but BB-On’s Fragment Exchange will only remain open during the event. Dismantling a module obtained through the exchange will still provide Ancestors Module Fragments.

Today’s Readjustment Benefit offers the simplest discount of the group. The first Ancestors Module Readjustment each day will cost nothing from September 3 through September 16. The 100 percent cost reduction applies regardless of the module’s current Readjustment count and resets at 12:00 a.m. PDT each day.

Players should claim Event UI rewards before the September 23 deadline and collect mailed rewards before they expire. Items sent through the Mailbox should arrive within 10 minutes of being claimed. If server maintenance begins on an event’s final day, that event will end when maintenance starts.
