Star Wars Zero Company Heads Into Launch With a Thank You From Bit Reactor

CEO and Creative Director Greg Foertsch called the game Bit Reactor's first title created alongside Lucasfilm Games and Electronic Arts.

Star Wars Zero Company is heading into its August 27, 2026 launch, and Bit Reactor has marked the occasion with a thank-you message for players preparing to enter its turn-based Star Wars campaign. The studio shared the note in a Steam announcement.

The message comes from Greg Foertsch, Bit Reactor’s CEO and Creative Director. He described the project as the team’s first title made alongside Lucasfilm Games and Electronic Arts, calling it a passion project for everyone at the studio.

Foertsch also highlighted the way the campaign connects tactical combat with character relationships. The choices players make and the bonds they build with their squad will help shape how their individual playthrough unfolds.

That player-focused approach sits at the center of Bit Reactor’s message. Rather than presenting one fixed version of the journey, the studio framed Star Wars Zero Company as a personal story that belongs to each player.

The note closes with a direct message from Foertsch, “This is your Star Wars game, this is your story.” Bit Reactor also pointed players toward the game’s official launch trailer.
