Control Resonant Helped Remedy Post a 226% Q3 Revenue Jump
Preorders and seven days of CONTROL Resonant sales helped lift Q3 revenue to €39.6 million, while operating results moved from a €16.4 million loss to a €0.6 million profit.

CONTROL Resonant helped Remedy Entertainment lift Q3 2026 revenue 226% year over year to €39.6 million, from €12.2 million in Q3 2025. The company attributed the increase to preorders and launch sales, with only the first seven days on sale falling within the quarter. Remedy’s Q3 2026 financial results show €0.6 million in operating profit, compared with a €16.4 million loss a year earlier. The quarter’s operating margin was 1.5%.
CONTROL Resonant launched on September 24, near the end of the quarter. It sold 1 million copies in three weeks, reaching the milestone on October 15, after the reporting period had closed. The result made it Remedy’s fastest-selling game, but only seven days of launch sales contributed to Q3 revenue.
Remedy’s Q3 2026 business review identifies the United States as the game’s largest market on both PC and consoles, accounting for nearly half of sales. Nearly half of its players were new to the Control series.
Remedy also counted 2.4 million wishlists that had not yet turned into purchases. Wishlists are not sales, but the figure gives the game a pool of potential buyers beyond those who purchased at launch. CEO Jean-Charles Gaudechon said sales for the rest of 2026 would determine the company’s full-year results. Remedy plans to keep marketing investment disciplined and prioritize actions with a clear return.
