Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Will Add 6 Lufthansa Liveries for the Airline’s Centennial
The upcoming package will recreate six liveries from Lufthansa's current fleet, though Microsoft Flight Simulator has not shared a release date.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 will soon add six Lufthansa liveries as part of a project celebrating the airline’s 100th anniversary. The package will feature recreated designs from Lufthansa’s current fleet, giving virtual pilots another way to mark the carrier’s century in the skies.
The Microsoft Flight Simulator Team announced the project in its Lufthansa livery announcement. The collection is designed for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and focuses on the airline’s present-day aircraft branding rather than a historical set of paint schemes.
Lufthansa was founded 100 years ago and has since become one of the most recognizable names in commercial aviation. That anniversary gives the package a clear theme, whether you fly scheduled routes, operate a virtual airline, or simply enjoy recreating real-world aviation.
A trailer released with the announcement features multiple Lufthansa aircraft flying together above the clouds, including the dark blue anniversary design marked with a large “100.”
Microsoft has not provided a specific launch date or pricing for the liveries. For now, the team says the collection is coming soon to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
