Rockstar Games has clarified that creators can livestream reaction coverage of Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look from 3 p.m. ET on August 27, when the presentation is scheduled to debut on Netflix. The permission gives viewers another way to follow the showcase as it begins, but it does not allow creators to simply rebroadcast the entire video.
Twitch will enable a temporary Grand Theft Auto VI game category on August 27, giving creators a dedicated place to cover the Extended Look. The category will remain available until 9 PM PT.
The clarification says livestreamers must follow platform-specific guidance and add context or commentary. Rockstar also said creators can share reaction content across social and video platforms once the extended look begins.

So, does this remove the Netflix requirement? Not exactly. The first showing is still scheduled for the Netflix premiere at 3 p.m. EDT, and that broadcast requires an active Netflix subscription. Rockstar plans to make the presentation available for free on its official YouTube channel and website at 9 p.m. EDT.
Creators can begin their own commentary when the Netflix presentation starts, while viewers who want the complete unedited showcase will need to use one of the official viewing options.
