Apex Legends’ Next AMA Will Tackle Legend and Weapon Balance on August 27
Respawn's four-person team will answer questions during a 2-hour session running from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. PT.

Apex Legends players will have a fresh chance to press Respawn on balance when the studio’s next AMA takes place Thursday, August 27. The 2-hour session will focus on Legend and weapon meta, with Respawn planning to answer questions from 10 a.m. PT to 12 p.m. PT, according to the studio’s Steam announcement.
Questions can be submitted ahead of the AMA, and players can return during the live window to see which ones receive replies. Respawn will also collect feedback from the discussion and share it with the team.
Who will answer questions during the AMA?
Four Respawn team members are scheduled to take part: RSPN_Caseroos, RSPN_JayBiebs, RSPN_ConMon, and RSPN_hypnotik. The announcement does not assign specific roles to the participants, but the group will handle questions about both Legends and weapons.
Respawn asks players to keep their questions focused on Legends or weapon meta and limit each submission to 1-2 related questions. It also asks for polite, good-faith discussion. Questions outside those subjects can instead suggest a topic for a future AMA.
The timing gives players a short window to put balance concerns in front of the team, whether those concerns involve Legend performance or the current weapon meta. Answers will be limited by the 2-hour format, so focused questions have the clearest chance of being addressed.
