7 Days to Die V3.2.0 Stable Lets You Honk Open Trader Doors
A separate team will handle more frequent bug fixes and quality-of-life work while development on v4.0 continues in parallel.

7 Days to Die V3.2.0 Stable is now available with a wonderfully strange convenience: players can honk their vehicle horns to open outer trader doors. Not every entrance has enough room for every vehicle, but an on-screen message will indicate when you are close enough to try.
The update also reworks the Combine Station interface. A plus symbol now shows when an item has been combined, and players must press a button to complete the combination after reviewing the expected result and final stats.
In its Steam announcement, The Fun Pimps said a separate team is handling these smaller releases. Its role is to deliver bug fixes, quality-of-life changes, and cosmetic content more consistently between major versions without pulling focus from the teams working on v4.0.
The developer also plans to send out a player survey soon. It will ask which quality-of-life improvements should receive priority in future smaller updates.
The stable release follows the V3.2.0 EXP build, which introduced the trader-door horn interaction and the Combine Station interface work. The full changelog below covers changes made since V3.1.0.
Trader doors and the Combine Station
Trader entrances are now a little easier to handle when you arrive in a vehicle. The outer doors react to the horn, though the available space around each entrance still determines whether your vehicle will fit. The new interaction prompt appears when you are within range.
At the Combine Station, the interface gives a clearer view of the outcome before the process begins. The extra confirmation step should also make it harder to combine items by accident.
7 Days to Die V3.2.0 Stable Patch Notes
Beyond the trader and crafting interface changes, V3.2.0 adjusts cooking requirements, auto turret placement, loot behavior, animal threat detection, sleeper checks, and trader inventory. The update also fixes issues involving chickens, crafting, quests, server searches, permadeath, collapsing blocks, and zombie behavior.
HONK HONK!!!
Trader doors can now be opened with your vehicle’s horn. While all outer doors will react to them, not all of them will fit your vehicle! An onscreen text will let you know when you are close enough to interact with the trader’s door by honking.
Better Combine Station Visuals
We have reworked the combine station UI to make it easier for players to see what their result will be and what the final stats it will have.
A plus will indicate that an item was combined in the combine station. Players will now have to hit a button to combine items.
