STALCRAFT: X Shared More Concept Art, But Its Purpose Is Still Unclear
Seven artwork sheets show armored character and equipment variations without identifying how they connect to the game.

STALCRAFT: X has another batch of mysterious development concepts, and EXBO is still keeping the explanation locked away. The artwork gives players plenty to examine, but the announcement does not identify what these designs are meant to become.
In a new Steam announcement, the game’s art department shared seven concept images and invited the community to come up with theories. No character names, feature details, or connection to upcoming content were provided.
The designs center on heavily equipped armored figures. Several concepts use similar silhouettes while changing the helmets, face coverings, armor plates, pouches, and other carried gear.

Other sketches move in a different direction, using long pale outer layers, oversized equipment bags, and head-mounted devices. One set adds leafy camouflage across the clothing and armor, creating a look that would fit a very different role from the more standard tactical outfits.

The final sheet presents smaller character sketches and alternate configurations, making the collection feel more like an early design board than a preview of one confirmed item. Until EXBO provides more context, the images remain clues rather than confirmation of a future weapon, outfit, faction, or character.
