Once Human’s August 24 (PT) Update Will Pull Some Cosmetics From the Shop
The redesign will replace three-level category tabs with top filters and add a Personal Hub for currencies, coupons, wishlists, and subscribed products.

Once Human‘s Shop will get a major cleanup after the version update scheduled for August 24 (PT), and some cosmetics will leave the storefront at the same time. Starry Studio said the changes respond to feedback about a catalog that has become harder to browse, deep category menus, and a crowded top bar.
Starry Studio detailed the plan in a Steam dev blog, outlining three changes aimed at making Shop items easier to find and account information easier to manage.
Some cosmetics will leave the Shop for now
The update will reorganize the current inventory and remove items that receive fewer views or purchases. The affected cosmetics are shown in the catalog image below.

The removals will not be permanent. Starry Studio said these items can return through occasional Shop returns, the Wish Bazaar, and other methods in the future. Players interested in any of the affected cosmetics can still look for them before the scheduled change.
Shop categories will use fewer layers
Once Human will also remove its existing three-level category tabs and replace them with top-level filters. That change should let players reach a target category with fewer clicks instead of working through several layers of menus.
The reorganization addresses one of the Shop’s other pain points: its catalog kept growing while the existing structure made browsing and filtering less direct.
Personal Hub brings Shop details together
A new Personal Hub will give players one place to check their Shop-related information. After the update, clicking the button on the currency bar in the Shop’s upper-right corner will expand the page.
The hub will show current currencies, coupons, wishlist items, subscribed products, and other account details. It is designed to bring information that was previously spread across different entry points into a single view, including subscription status.

Questions or suggestions about the changes can be sent through the Once Human Feedback Platform or the game’s in-game Customer Service.
