Mafia: The Old Country’s Man of Honor Expansion Is Now Live With Two New Chapters
The DLC also adds exclusive Free Ride content and pairs Enzo Favara with a younger Ennio Salieri.

Mafia: The Old Country has received the Man of Honor expansion, which is available now as of August 14, 2026. A new Steam announcement confirms that players can return as Enzo Favara for a new chapter of his criminal career.
The expansion brings Enzo together with a younger Ennio Salieri during an earlier period of Enzo’s service to the Torrisi crime family, as Salieri sets out to settle old scores. Its campaign contains two new story chapters. Players who have completed Chapter 5 can select Man of Honor from the main menu to access them directly, or start a new game with the expansion chapters enabled; in that case, the new chapters appear between the original Chapters 5 and 6. 2K’s official Man of Honor gameplay details page offers more information about the new content.
Free Ride receives its own additions as well. From his hideout in Porto Almaro, Salieri offers exclusive Jobs that send Enzo after safes, valuable cars, and stolen goods. The tougher Challenges test players’ command of the game’s early-1900s vehicles and weapons. Completing the Jobs and Challenges unlocks new weapons, Charms, outfits, vehicles, horses, and hats.
The expansion also adds Wanted Posters, Stunt Jumps, and Sulphur Trucks to find across Valle Dorata, along with hidden locations and new Achievements and Trophies. The new items include:
- 3 guns: Modello Speciale, High-Capacity Pump-Action Shotgun, and Praecisione Speciale.
- 3 knives: Finituri, Giravolta, and Rimbalzu.
- 5 Charms: Dolce Morte and Scossa as Major Charms, plus Rifugio, Portata, and Scheggia as Minor Charms.
- 3 vehicles: Trautenberg Model SW, Delizia Tempesta, and Dufort 30 Deluxe.
- 2 horses: Silvano and Fiero.
- 3 outfits: Dockside Enforcer, High Roller, and Woodsman.
- 5 hats: Dockside Coppola, High Roller Fedora, Bowler, Wide-Brimmed Fedora, and Woodsman Fedora.
Separate from the DLC, the update adds Map Pinning to Free Ride for all players. Locations, collectibles, and Challenges can now be pinned or unpinned from the map to create an objective marker in the world. The PC version also updates its upscalers to AMD FSR 4.0.3, Nvidia DLSS 4.5, and Intel XeSS 3.05. The Steam update notes provide the full list of general changes and expansion features.
The release also expands the available Mafia bundles. Players can now access:
- Mafia: The Omertà Collection, which includes Mafia: The Old Country Definitive Edition, Mafia: Definitive Edition, Mafia II: Definitive Edition, and Mafia III: Definitive Edition.
- Mafia: The Old Country Definitive Edition, including the Man of Honor expansion and Deluxe content.
- Mafia: The Old Country – Man of Honor as a separate expansion with its two story chapters and Free Ride content.
The collection’s introductory price runs through August 28, 2026, with regional pricing available through each storefront. A digital Mafia Franchise Sale is also running on Steam through August 28. The base game is required for Man of Honor, and some content must be unlocked through gameplay.
