Mafia: The Old Country’s Man of Honor Expansion Arrives August 14 With Salieri Missions
The expansion will add two story chapters, harder Free Ride Challenges, new Jobs, exclusive gear, and more activities across Valle Dorata.

Hangar 13 will release the Man of Honor expansion for Mafia: The Old Country on August 14, 2026. Design director Josh Zammit shared the first gameplay look and outlined the DLC’s story content and Free Ride additions in a PlayStation Blog post.
The expansion will include two story chapters set during the earlier years of Enzo Favara’s service to the Torrisi crime family. This time, Enzo will work alongside Ennio Salieri as the pair settle old scores. The DLC will also add exclusive Jobs and tougher Challenges to Free Ride, along with collectibles and new locations in Valle Dorata.
The first-look gameplay video gives players an early look at the expansion’s new content.
Salieri takes over Free Ride assignments
Free Ride lets players roam the Sicilian countryside outside the main campaign. Its repeatable activities include combat encounters, stealth missions, and several types of races. With Man of Honor installed, Salieri will become the main contact for the expansion’s Free Ride content.
Salieri will operate from a warehouse in Porto Almaro, where he plans new schemes and handles stolen goods. Players can visit him to accept two contract types: Challenges and Jobs.

The Challenges follow the structure of existing Free Ride activities but raise the difficulty. Jobs introduce different objectives, including finding hidden caches, towing valuable vehicles back to Salieri, and delivering stolen trucks loaded with fragile cargo. Enemies will try to stop Enzo along the way, and successful contracts will pay out in Dinari.
Those rewards can be spent on expansion-only outfits, Charms, weapons, vehicles, and horses. The added equipment also gives Hangar 13 room to push beyond strict period realism while keeping the rest of the setting grounded in its early-20th-century crime story.
New weapons and Valle Dorata activities
One example is the Rimbalzu throwing knife. It can bounce from one target to another, allowing Enzo to silently take down two enemies from the shadows. The weapon gives stealth-focused players another way to handle Salieri’s harder assignments and adds a different option to Enzo’s arsenal.

Man of Honor will also place more optional activities around Valle Dorata. Collectible Wanted Posters will feature members of the development team dressed in period clothing. Players can also attempt new Stunt Jumps with turn-of-the-century cars or destroy sulfur delivery trucks tied to the people who betrayed Salieri.
Man of Honor release details
The expansion will arrive on August 14, 2026. The base game is required, and some Man of Honor content must be unlocked through gameplay. The two story chapters will give Salieri a larger role while the Free Ride additions provide repeatable contracts, gear, collectibles, and activities after the campaign.
