Nuke Has the Biggest CT Edge in 23,757 Pro CS2 Rounds
Overpass had the highest match-favorite win rate, while Inferno produced the most overtime games in the seven-map sample.

Counter-Strike 2 has a mild Counter-Terrorist lean across the maps in a 23,757-round sample from professional matches. An analysis shared in the Counter-Strike subreddit reviewed rounds from matches between ranked teams over the previous 12 months.
Nuke came out as the most CT-sided map, with CTs winning 57% of the recorded rounds. Overpass followed at 56%, while Mirage reached 54%. The remaining maps stayed close to an even split, with Anubis the only one below 50% for CT round wins.
The full map breakdown also tracks how often the match favorite won and how frequently games went to overtime. Those figures are available through the CS2Nuts map statistics page.

| Mirage | 54% CT | CT-sided | 970 | 58.4% | 12.4% |
| Inferno | 53% CT | Balanced | 734 | 56.9% | 13.6% |
| Ancient | 52% CT | Balanced | 926 | 57.4% | 12.4% |
| Dust2 | 51% CT | Balanced | 1068 | 60.0% | 11.8% |
| Anubis | 49% CT | Balanced | 273 | 61.2% | 12.6% |
Nuke gives CTs the clearest advantage
Nuke’s 57% CT share was the highest in the sample, but the overall gap remained fairly narrow. Overpass sat one point behind it, and Mirage was the last map to receive a CT-sided label at 54%. Inferno, Ancient, and Dust2 were all within three points of an even split.
Anubis went the other way at 49% CT, giving Terrorists a slim round-share edge. Its 273 recorded games also made it the least-played map in the comparison, so the result comes from a smaller sample than the figures for Mirage or Dust2.
Overpass produced the best results for favorites
Overpass led the favorite-win column at 62.5%, ahead of Anubis at 61.2% and Dust2 at 60.0%. Nuke’s favorite won 59.3% of the time, followed by Mirage at 58.4%, Ancient at 57.4%, and Inferno at 56.9%.
Inferno had the highest overtime rate at 13.6%, with Overpass close behind at 13.3%. Anubis reached 12.6%, Mirage and Ancient each recorded 12.4%, and Nuke finished at 12.0%. Dust2 had the lowest overtime figure at 11.8%.
The results point to a generally even professional map pool rather than one where either side dominates across the board. They describe the rounds in this sample, not a guarantee that every future match will follow the same pattern.
