Chapter 2, Season 2 wasn’t the best reiteration, so Epic Games had to deal with a couple of issues that were listed as disruptive by players. It appears that Epic Games had to release a new Fortnite update (2.58) to deal with the known issues, but also fix the aim assist to an extent. The update is available on all platforms, so it’s a matter of time before you download it.

We do not expect official patch notes, as Epic Games hasn’t officially published them in quite a long time. The complete update is around 900MB of size, and 2.58 is available to download on each platform.
