Once Human’s August 6 Version 3.0.3 Pass Will Temporarily Disable Worldstone Teleport Animation

The bug-fix pass also addresses animal placement, Lightforge Loot Crate visuals, Blocks Drop access, and crashes caused by the Anti-pollution Mask.

Once Human Version 3.0.3 is getting another bug-fix pass on August 6, with the most visible change affecting Worldstone teleportation. The teleport animation added in the 3.0.3 update will be temporarily disabled after this fix is released.

Starry Studio said repeated Worldstone teleports made the animation feel intrusive because teleportation is a frequent action. The team plans to optimize the animation and later add a Settings option called “Play Worldstone Teleport Animation.” The updated details are available in the studio’s Steam announcement.

The same pass handles four other problems. Animals should be placeable in territories more consistently, the Lightforge Loot Crate reward image will display correctly, the Blocks Drop event will be accessible again, and equipping the Anti-pollution Mask will no longer cause certain crashes.

This follows the recent Version 3.0.2 cleanup work, including an earlier Glory Raid fix. Players who encounter another issue can submit feedback through ESC – Support & Feedback – Submit Suggestion on PC. On mobile, the path is Map left-side menu – Headphones icon at bottom right – Suggestions – Submit Suggestion.

Once Human Version 3.0.3 Patch Notes

This pass focuses on teleport pacing, territory placement, loot-crate presentation, event access, and a crash linked to the Anti-pollution Mask.

August 6

  1. In the 3.0.3 version update, we added a teleport animation to the Worldstone teleport process to improve the visual experience during teleportation. However, after the update, we received feedback from many Metas: since Worldstone teleportation is a high-frequency action, repeatedly playing the animation increases wait times and, to some extent, interrupts the continuity of the gameplay experience.
Based on this feedback, we will temporarily disable the Worldstone teleport animation after this fix is released. We will then optimize the teleport animation and add a “Play Worldstone Teleport Animation” option in Settings. After the optimization is complete, we will bring the teleport animation content back online.
  2. Fixed an issue where animals could not be placed in territories in some cases.
  3. Fixed an issue where the reward display image for the Lightforge Loot Crate did not display correctly.
  4. Fixed an issue where the “Blocks Drop” event could not be accessed.
  5. Fixed an issue where equipping the armor Anti-pollution Mask could sometimes cause the game to crash.
