SWTOR Update 7.9.1 will bring Galactic Season 11 and new Cartel Market gear
Galactic Season 11 begins August 18, while the Feast of Prosperity returns on October 6 with a new droid customization.

STAR WARS: The Old Republic Update 7.9.1, titled “Light and Shadow”, will add the next Galactic Season, reorganize Cartel Market accessories, and prepare the return of the Feast of Prosperity. The update’s bug fixes also cover missions, cinematics, Flashpoints, dynamic encounters, reward displays, and item icons.
The official Steam patch notes confirm that Galactic Season 11 will begin on August 18. The season will follow a structure similar to Season 10, while bringing back rewards from Seasons 2 and 4, including the Fen Zeil and Amity companions.
Season 11 will also add companion customizations, a new armor set, mounts that work with companions, titles, and Stronghold labels. The Cartel Market will receive a dedicated Accessories category, with existing accessory items moving into it. New accessories and Primary Oiled Bronze dyes will arrive with the update.
The Feast of Prosperity will return on October 6 and run through November 3. This year’s event will include a new Waiter Droid Customization for C2-N2 and 2V-R8.
Patch Notes: Game Update 7.9.1 “Light and Shadow”
The largest additions focus on Galactic Season 11, Cartel Market organization, and the fall seasonal event. The remaining changes address smaller issues across story scenes, missions, Flashpoints, rewards, and decorations.
