Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is getting a very different kind of combat vehicle. Activision and Aston Martin announced the Dreadnought, a bespoke tactical SUV designed for the game and Call of Duty: Warzone. The vehicle will arrive with the games on October 23, 2026, while a full-size physical version will be shown at Fanatics Fest NYC from July 16 through July 19.
The official Dreadnought announcement describes the SUV as a joint project between Aston Martin’s design team and Infinity Ward. It combines Aston Martin styling with an armored exterior, all-wheel drive, and performance tuned for the combat spaces in Modern Warfare 4.

A luxury SUV with battlefield hardware
The Dreadnought is covered in military-grade armor plating, giving players a vehicle built to push through contested areas and absorb incoming fire. Its all-wheel-drive setup is tuned for hard acceleration, traction, ramming, quick escapes, and chasing down enemy squads.
Under the hood, the digital SUV uses a V12 engine and the in-game physics of Modern Warfare 4. Activision says the vehicle is the most aggressive all-wheel-drive option in the game, although its armor and combat systems are part of the fictional design rather than real-world automotive technology.

Aston Martin Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman said the team designed the Dreadnought as an off-road machine that could still feel authentic to the brand. The vehicle includes details such as a carbon-fiber exterior, an Oxford Tan leather dashboard, a metallic gold gear lever, and Chiltern Green paint.
Built with Infinity Ward
Aston Martin and Infinity Ward worked together across the vehicle’s concept design, geometry, animation, physics, propulsion, and gameplay tuning. The result is meant to retain Aston Martin’s visual identity while fitting the demands of a military shooter.

The Dreadnought name also points to the early 20th-century British warship HMS Dreadnought. In the game, that military association is paired with luxury materials and a high-performance SUV shape.
Where players can drive it
Players will be able to find the Dreadnought at select points of interest in Modern Warfare 4 DMZ and Call of Duty: Warzone when it becomes available on October 23, 2026. Fans at Fanatics Fest NYC can see the physical interpretation of the vehicle before launch.
Modern Warfare 4 will launch for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC through Battle.net, Xbox on PC, Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2.
