Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Leads October PS5 Downloads in Both Regions

BeamNG.drive placed second in US/Canada and third in Europe, while Hard Bullet led PS VR2 downloads in both regions.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 topped PlayStation 5 download charts in both US/Canada and Europe for October, while BeamNG.drive also finished in the top three in each region. PlayStation’s October 2026 download charts, published Nov. 4, cover separate regional rankings for PS5, PS4, PS VR2 and free-to-play games.

The same four games filled each region’s PS5 top four, though BeamNG.drive and EA Sports FC 27 traded second and third place. Phantom Blade Zero ranked fourth in both regions.

Red Dead Redemption 2 led the PS4 charts in both regions. Hard Bullet took the top spot on PS VR2 in the US/Canada and Europe, with those rankings counting PlayStation Store purchases only and excluding upgrades and games bundled with hardware.

The free-to-play chart, which combines PS5 and PS4 downloads, had different regional leaders. Once Human ranked first in US/Canada and second in Europe, while Fortnite placed third in US/Canada and first in Europe. The charts show rankings, not download totals, so they do not reveal the size of the gap between games.
